RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to feel confident when shopping with SAAHEL.

Exchanges & Store Credit

For eligible items, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Items showing any signs of wear, including stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume or other odors, washing, damage, or alterations, will not be accepted.

Please contact us at contact@saahelstore.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

For eligible returns, SAAHEL will offer an exchange or store credit. We do not generally offer refunds for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

Made-to-Order & Personalized Items

Personalized, altered, or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned, except where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

For other made-to-order pieces, eligibility for exchange or store credit will depend on the nature of the item and any customization requested. We strongly encourage customers to review our size guide or contact us for sizing assistance before ordering.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us promptly at contact@saahelstore.com so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

For voluntary exchanges or store-credit returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If SAAHEL sent an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase.
